Definitions

Website - TASKVersal website and its sub-domains defined by taskversal.com domain name.

Platform - TASKVersal’s website, with current URL https://taskversal.com, its sub-domains, and the App.
Services - All of or parts of the provided services, as well as other services which TASKVersal may offer its Users’ from time to time.
User - Companies, organizations, educational facilities as well as employees and/or students or other individuals eligible to hold a User Account.
User Account - The Platform login account which is created by the User.

Access Restrictions:

You must not use this website and its services if:

  2. You're not a human being
  3. You owned a previously suspended account.
  4. You Used/Owned/Created multiple accounts, This include but not limited to: Creating multiple accounts, managing multiple accounts, accessing multiple accounts.

Content Restrictions:

By using this website you understand and agree to the following content restrictions:

Task Requester Terms:

By creating an account that offer you to create micro tasks you're considered to be a task requester and you must comply with the following terms and conditions.
Any spam, abuse or violation of the following terms and conditions will lead your account to be suspended and all your activities canceled and micro tasks canceled.

I - General
  1. You must not Create/Own/Access multiple accounts.
  2. You must not send SPAM or any other unauthorized advertisements or solicitations using your referral link or any related links or components to this website in other communities, social websites, instant chats, blog comments or any content creation platform. This include but not limited to: posting repetitive social posts, sending bulk emails, pushing large number of notifications.
  3. You must not access/manage this website or it's services using bots, macros, softwares or any similar program.
  4. You must not access this website or its services using VPN or Proxy or Any related software/hardware able to hide your real IP address. This include but not limited to: Web Proxies, Browser Proxies, VPN, VPS, in-browser VPN/Proxy.
  5. You must not provide inaccurate data or outdated data about you, And you are required to keep your provided data up to date and fully accurate.
  6. You must not Share your referral link or any related links or components of our website in Adult Content Websites, This include but not limited to: any adult content website or program.
  7. You must not create an account or multiple accounts on behalf of someone else.
  8. You must not use this website and its services or to create or use a new account after your main account is suspended.
II - Micro Tasks
  1. Your micro task must not include/refer/contain any adult/violence content and/or offer access to adult/violence content in any of the task lifecycle.
  2. Your micro task must not contain and/or include an editable redirection.
  3. You must not change your task Links and URLs direction after your task is approved.
  4. Your micro micro task must not contain a free trial or deposit request. This include but not limited to: ask workers to deposit an amount in a website, ask the workers to sign-up/subscribe/register for a free trial program that require credit cards or payment details.
  5. Your micro task must not ask workers to provide sensitive payment details or bank details or sensitive personal information.
  6. Your micro task must not contain a CPA offer or Incentive CPA offer.
  7. Your micro task must maintain a success rate above 60% during all it availability in our website.
  8. Your micro task must not contain multiple tasks or instructions in different websites and services.
  9. Your micro task must not ask workers to click on ads or popups
  10. Your micro task must ask workers to play games refresh pages participate in eligibility surveys.
  11. Your micro task must not ask workers to sign-up and reach certain amount in an app or website.
  12. Your micro task must not ask the worker to harm/abuse another website, party or person
  13. Your micro task must not ask the worker to perform any money-related transaction or payment. This include but not limited to paying for something, converting currency, exchanging money
  14. Your micro task must not include and/or interact with websites or programs or companies on our blacklist.
  15. Your micro task may be rejected without a reason before or after being approved.
  16. You understand and agree that your micro task may get canceled and/or deleted for violating the terms present in the current terms and conditions document.
III - Payments
  1. You can only deposit via the available payment method in your dashboard.
  2. You can only deposit the authorized amount for your account.
  3. You must have the micro task required budget before you can create it.
  4. You must not refund paid amount to workers after accepting their submitted proof.
  5. All credit payments to Workers and service fees are non-refundable.
  6. All refund requests must be sent to the financial team of this website and you must not perform any out of website refund.
  7. Performing any out of site payment will result in your account being suspended and task canceled. This include but not limited to reversing a payment, Performing a chargeback or refund via the payment gateway.
  8. Your payment may be subject to review before displaying the amount in your dashboard.
  9. In case your payment doesn't reflect in your dashboard you must contact us as soon as possible for us to track and solve the issue.
  10. You must pay negative balance in the delay of 15 days to keep your account active.
IV - Account:

General account terms:

  1. You must only own one account.
  2. Your must access your account only from devices you own and you must not use any shared device to access your account.
  3. Any access to your account from a device associated with another account will automatically suspend your account.
  4. Inactive accounts for 6 months will be charged $5 per month (starting from the 7th month).
  5. Inactive accounts with negative or nil balance will be automatically disabled.
  6. Accounts with no deposit transaction and a nil balance will be considered inactive after 3 months only.
  7. Disabled accounts can't be reactivated or restored.
  8. Suspended accounts can't be reactivated or restored unless there is a real mistake.
  9. Owning a suspended account restrict you for using this website and its services anymore.
V - Withdrawal/Refund

By holding a user account in our website you agree to and understand that:

  1. All withdrawal/Refund requests are reviewed and may get approved or rejected.
  2. We debit a 10% fee from your withdrawal/Refund request amount (Example: you receive $90 for $100 request amount) excluding the payment gateway fees.
  3. To prevent any prohibited usage of exchanging money between payment processors/gateways/methods/platforms we may limit the payment processors/gateways/methods/platforms where you can withdraw/refund your balance.
  4. The minimum withdrawal amount is equal to the minimum deposit amount and you can't withdraw your account balance if the amount is bellow the minimum deposit amount.
  5. The withdrawal request can take up to 15 Business days as processing time.

Publisher Terms

By getting your publisher application approved you're considered to be a task requester and you must comply with the following terms and conditions.
Any spam, abuse or violation of the following terms and conditions will lead your account to be suspended and all your activities, apps, and active emplacements canceled.

I - General
  1. You must not provide inaccurate or outdated data about you and/or applications you submit, And you are required to keep your provided data up to date and fully accurate.
  2. You must not have and/or apply for more than one account.
  3. You agree and understand that in case of using multiple accounts we may suspend your account and cancel your payments.
II - Website/App
  1. Your app and website must comply with all the terms and conditions provided in this documents and any violation of these terms and conditions will remove the app/website from our service and cancel any related payment and balance.
  2. Removed App/Website must stop using/referring to/interacting with/ our website and its services.
III - Task Wall
  1. You must only place your task wall in the approved app/website. any usage of the app in non approved App/Website will automatically suspend your account and cancel your payment.
  2. You must not post/share/integrate your task wall URL in any of the apps or websites violating one or more of the terms and conditions presented in this document.
  3. You must not encourage users to complete tasks they don't know about or to spam the system with invalid attempts.
  4. We reserve the right to restrict your app/website from accessing the task wall anytime.
  5. You must not allow your workers to create and/or own more than one task wall session/access/account in your website.
  6. You must ensure the uniqueness of the workers access by never authorizing the same worker to access the task wall from multiple accounts.
  7. All authorized signatures must be associated only with one physical person (worker).
  8. We reserve the right to cancel/disable your task wall anytime.
  9. You must not help/facilitate the process to get a new access for a suspended worker accounts.
  10. You must not edit/override/prevent any task wall functionality or behavior.
  11. You must not exploit any vulnerability or broken functionality within the task wall.
  12. You must report back any vulnerability/broken functionality/security issue within the task wall.
  13. We reserve the right to cancel your task wall for your app/website and/or accumulated balance anytime without a prior notice.
IV - Payments
  1. You are the only responsible about the conversion rate of your app/website virtual currency and the redemption by your users.
  2. You are required to explain and to include your app/website virtual currency conversion rate in your website.
  3. You agree and understand that the payment are processed based on NET 30 payment terms and may get delayed for an undefined period of time from the estimated issuing time.
  4. You must not change your payment method after your publisher application process is completed and you're approved.
  5. You must implement the post back system to keep track of your conversions and balance.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel/lower/reject your payment and/or balance anytime if we found any violation of the following terms and conditions.
  7. You must understand and agree that your payments will be only sent via the available method you agreed for in the publisher application process.
  8. You must understand and agree that we can't pay any balance prior the real issuing date.
  9. You must understand and agree that all withdrawals are subject to 6% withdrawal fee excluding the payment gateway fees.

Worker Terms

By using/accessing our task wall in any app/website authorized by this website you're considered to be a worker and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any violation of these terms and conditions may restrict your access and remove all of your earned balance via our task wall.

I - Session and Access
  1. You must not access our task wall from different websites/apps.
  2. You must not own more than one session/access/account in our task walls.
  3. You must not use or exploit a vulnerability or a broken function for your own good.
  4. You must not access the task wall if you're previously suspended.
II - Task Wall
  1. You must not take/participate/complete tasks requiring a specific skills you don't have.
  2. You must spam the system with invalid proofs.
  3. You must not take/access/complete tasks not available for you.
  4. You must understand and agree that the task requester/owner can approve or reject your submitted tasks/proofs.
  5. You must understand and agree that the task requester may reject your submitted proof even if you think you proof is valid.
  6. You must understand and agree that we may not reverse a rejected task/proof submitted.
  7. You must understand and agree that you can get rewarded with the task wall virtual currency only for approved tasks/proofs.
  8. You must understand and agree that we may stop your access to our task wall temporary or permanently without a prior notice.
  9. You must understand and agree that you must maintain a success rate above 70% to keep your session/access/account active.
  10. We reserve the right to cancel/disable your session/access/account anytime.
  11. You must not edit/override/prevent any task wall functionality or behavior.
  12. You must report back any vulnerability/broken functionality/security issue within the task wall.
III - Payments
  1. Your payments can be made only via the publisher app/website you're using to access our task wall.
  2. You must understand and agree that the publisher is the only person/party authorized to make a payment to the worker and we are not responsible for any payment issue.
  3. You must agree that all of your payment issues must be reported to the publisher website/app (The website/app you're using to access our task wall).

Account Termination & Balance:

All accounts/access/session or any kind of subscription or access related to this website and its services are considered with the following terms and conditions:

  1. You agree and understand that we may restrict/terminate your access to the whole website or part of it any time without a prior notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
  2. You agree and understand that your account/access/session may get suspended or terminated any time without a prior notice.
  3. You agree and understand that your balance may get increased or decreased upon verification.
  4. You agree and understand that we may pause/resume/remove any money making method for a specific account or the whole website.
  5. You agree and understand that we may request for your personal documents (Like Personal Photo ID, Driver Licence, Passport) to make your account fully verified and to check for your provided data accuracy.
  6. You agree and understand that in case of you deleted your account, you can't create any new account and/or use this website and its services anymore.
  7. You agree and understand that deleted accounts cannot be restored.

Payments & Transactions:

By using our services and/or website you agree to be bound by the following terms.

  1. We can only accept and issue payment via the available payment methods listed in the website.
  2. You agree and understand that any account balance is not final and may get further review.
  3. You agree and understand that the account balance and pending request amount may be canceled/rejected and eliminated (without a payment) for the suspended accounts.
  4. You agree and understand that we may reject/cancel any remaining balance and/or pending payment automatically upon account suspend and we can't refund the remaining balance in your account.
  5. You agree and understand that after issuing a payment, we are not responsible of any issues in the recipient payment gateway and we cannot do anything about it. This include but not limited to: Payments being hold, Payments being rejected or moved to an inaccessible balance, failing to transfer/withdraw the funds, account limitations.
  6. You agree and understand that your provided payment details is fully accurate and you are the sole owner of the payment gateway account.
  7. You agree and understand that the payment details can be provided/added to one account only.
  8. You agree and understand that In case of providing an invalid payment details or inactive payment method, we will deduct/debit (15%) of your payment amount per each new failed attempt to deliver your payment. This includes but not limited to: Providing unverified and/or limited PayPal account, Providing nonexistent or false payment details, requesting to resend your payment again, wrong refund from your side.

Liabilities of TASKVersal

  1. taskversal.com is not responsible for Content in or access to User Accounts or linked content. By providing access to the Services, taskversal.com is not responsible for intellectual property infringement.
  2. The User is aware of the fact and accepts that system down time, system disruption and system disorders in relation to the Platform, Services, Software, data systems or data networks might occur from time to time. The User is further made aware that the quality of the Services is affected by the quality of networks, internet suppliers and third party’s server and data performances, including subcontractors. taskversal.com does not warrant or guarantee certain accessibility in regards to the Services.
  3. The User is in no event entitled to compensation due to defaults or improper functioning of the Services.
  4. THE SERVICES, THE PLATFORM AND THE SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TASKVERSAL.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICES, THE PLATFORM AND THE SOFTWARE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, SAFE, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE OR WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE USER.

Force Majeure

  1. taskversal.com is in no event liable for damage, loss or inconveniences due to circumstances beyond taskversal.com’s reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to fire, explosion, war, flooding, default or deficiency in telecommunication and data communication, weather conditions, the quality of the networks, operations by Internet service providers, third party´s servers, data performance, labor disputes or regulatory actions.
